Increasing awareness and recognition of Non-Wood Forest Products in Europe has been boosted by the book release “Non-Wood Forest Products in Europe. Ecology and management of mushrooms, tree products, understory plants and animal products”. Copies are available at BoD Bookshop. This book is the result of the work from researchers and experts from many countries who are knowledgeable about Non-Wood Forest Products and who were involved in the COST Action FP1203: “European non-wood forest products (NWFPs) network“. This COST Action has ended on 08/04/2017.
I am absolutely delighted with this book release and I am very much looking forward to read it. I very much would like to say a big thank you to all who have worked in this book, as well as, to all who have put a big effort to bring a new light into Non-Wood Forest Products in Europe through the work carried out under COST Action FP1203: “European non-wood forest products (NWFPs) network”.
